Coach Chita
Coach Chita is ICC/Cricket Australia Certified Level-2 Coach
Currently he is the coach for USA Cricket Women East Team 2021, and DC Region Women/Girls Team.
At Loudoun Cubs Cricket Academy he personally works with each player and makes sure to give full attention to help them learn, improve and optimize their cricketing skills.
The Coach leads our coaching staff, providing coaching for both beginners and professional players, promoting Participation, Self-learning, and Decision making.

Completed ICC Cricket program for Kids in South Florida s part of CPL - 2017

Participated in ICC High Performance coaching program in South Florida in collaboration with CPL in Fall 2016, and was actively involved in team USA high performance training camp.

Madhav Patibandla
Managing Director
Madhav has been an active proponent of youth cricket in the DC Metro Area over the past 5 years. He has been involved in the Academy Management since 2018. Madhav manages all parent interactions including new as well as existing students.
Raunaq Sharma
Assistant Coach
Raunaq is part of the Academy Coaching staff and joined the academy in 2022 as ICC-Level 1 Coach. Raunaq has been part of the Mumbai Ranji team and T20 Mumbai League Captain for Shivaji Park Lions. MVP American Premier League 2021
Nandan Shanbhag
Director of Operations
Nandan is a USA Cricket Level 1 Umpire and USA Cricket Foundation Level Coach and has been involved in the Academy Management since 2021. Nandan manages all backend operations including Lane Rentals, Academy Sessions scheduling, Cricket DC Pro-shop
Atish Gawand
Assistant Coach
Atish is part of the Academy Coaching staff and joined the academy in 2022 and also ICC certified Level 1 coach. Atish is part of the United States Premier League. Also been part of T20 Mumbai League Captain for Shivaji Park Lions.
